How much time did you spend ALONE with your spouse together today? Just you and your spouse- no one else. While I was soaking in a tub of warm water, epsom salts, and menthol this morning, I heard a interesting stat from a study asking married couples about the amount of time on average they spend alone with their spouse each day. You can't count the time you are in bed sleeping--- just waking hours.

Nope. Just awake time.

On a normal day about from 4 to 7 hours depending on what time we go to sleep and how much time our daughter spends with us.

About two hours.

Roughly an hour right now. Mrs GT just started a new job that allows her to work from home, so once the little one heads back to school it will be quite a bit...

MrsC is a consultant. She travels Monday -Thursday 3 out of 4 weeks.

 

I typically leave the house at 5am and don't get home till 6:00pm Mon-Thurs for work.

 

Fridays she works from home and I only work 4 hours so I am normally home by 11:00am.

 

Pretty much from noon Friday until I drop her off at the airport on Monday, we spend every waking (and sleeping) hour together.

 

We love our boys and our families, but we are at our very best when it is just the two of us.

 

Her 4th week she works from home but I still work long hours Mon-Thurs.

3-4 hours.

About 30 minutes a day on weekdays, early in the morning, that's about the best I can do these days. :walk:

About an hour during the week maybe a two-three weekdays. Three under the age of 9 will do that.
