September 25, 200619 yr There wasn't a lemon and a small dog involved, was there? In all seriousness, though, that sucks for him. Probably won't matter much to the Seahawks, however, given the awful division they play in. They should get him back in time for the stretch run leading into the playoffs.

September 25, 200619 yr But still, whether he is back this year or not the jinx has already shown itself. Look at Mcnair or Culpepper they played through the next season they just played horribly. Alexander may come back this year but who knows how he'll be able to handle it afterwards.

September 25, 200619 yr The cover of the Madden games have included Ray Lewis, Michael Vick, Donavon McNabb, Daunte Culpepper, and now Shaun Alexander to name a few who have all gotten hurt after appearing on the cover of the popular sports video game. I may have even missed one or two, course or no course, it has happened. Some would say that is much more than just a coincedence.

September 26, 200619 yr Can a player actually turn them down and say they dont want to be on the cover of Madden? At this point I think it would be wise that everyone turns them down. Atleast every bengal player better for my sake.
