May 20, 20179 yr 1 year $3 million, $5 million with incentives to backup Jameis Winston. Ryan Griffin, Sean Renfree and Sefo Liufau were their options before today.
May 20, 20179 yr Basically this means Winston will get hurt. Fitzpatrick has been very lucky. Wherever he ends up, he ends up playing. Even if he goes to a team to be a backup.

May 22, 20179 yr Colin Kaepernick remains blackballed. Kap is also wanting a much better deal than this. I'm betting a lot of teams would be willing to offer him this.
May 22, 20179 yr Kap is also wanting a much better deal than this. I'm betting a lot of teams would be willing to offer him this. Is that true though? Not saying you don't know but I can't find what kind of deal he is looking for. I'm curious to know what he and his agent are asking for.

May 22, 20179 yr Is that true though? Not saying you don't know but I can't find what kind of deal he is looking for. I'm curious to know what he and his agent are asking for. Well I saw it on twitter so it has to be true, he was looking for $10M plus. That was a while back so I'm not sure if anything has changed.

Not sure what Kap is asking for, but the social justice crowd is going to make this a tough sale for any organization to take on Kap. While Kap hasn't been dreadful on the field, it is not as if he is a can't miss commodity. Say an owner is 100% behind the Kap movement... If he doesn't get on the field you run the risk of the non-football crowd crying racism.
May 22, 20179 yr If this is true he needs a new agent. How is this the agents fault if the client wont adjust his demands?
