Shows a good sign of maturation on his part.

I have disliked but respected the Steelers for years now, but now its almost a hatred for them. They just talk to much crap for me. The guy standing over the Bengal after the block is a perfect example. Trash talking is fun but the Steelers seem to not know how to turn it off at critical parts of the game.

You're just cherry-picking. There are players on all teams who talk trash. Pure and simple. You just notice it because you don't like the Steelers.

 

If you want to impress me with your high moral stance against trash-talking, take the whole league — or for that matter, all levels of sports — to task.

I hate the Dallas starboys, therefore that whole team is full of trash-talkers far more than any other — especially the one I root for. See how irrational that is?

The Bengals were basically manhandled at the LOS, didn't run the ball well but they won, very impressive to win on the road, in division.

Marvin hardly ever put more than 7 in the box on defense and the Steelers put 8 in the box almost every time. They were somethings bringing 7 or 8 guys and it's impossible to block 7 or 8 with 5 or 6. Especially since the OL was wounded and patched together.

Maybe Schue but I really don't think so. I have noticed in games not involving the Bengals or the Browns (my other favorite) vs. Steelers or other games not involving any of the three that like I said - ALL teams trash talk it just seemed to me that other teams pick their spots and do it in more "subtle" ways and not as obvious as the Steelers do. At any rate, I am not looking to start anything with anyone on here just bc I simply don't see anything wrong with trash talking. To me anyway it is a part of it and all do it.:thumb:

Especially vs. the Stealers in the Heinz/Kerry ketsup bottle! This win was big but I remember last year when they were 7-5 and I along with many others thought that they were done and look what happened. This is early in a long season.
