LOL... The Pikeville team was directly in front of the Belfry fanbase taunting the fans, now thats classless!

By the way win or loose you should shake hands with the other team. All the players were hugging and showing alot of class but they are no excuse to stand over by yourself because you lost.

Billy they was alot of warnings and alot of cheap stuff. Even Pikevilles Coach really got after a couple players hard on a couple different times for acting that way. He chewed them hard a couple times, why would you chew them out like that if they wasnt any. Its an emotional game but in order to wina game like this you have to keep your head cool and play smart. Pikeville is very talented but they let their emotion get to them and it did hur them alot this game. But both teams have a bright future ahead of them.

 

They don't give a lot of warnings for cheap stuff. One warning and then penalties or worse. No unsportsmanlike conduct penalties in this game. Nothing cheap. It was very emotional, maybe too emotional. But no cheap stuff or bad conduct.

Great atmosphere...Pikeville crowd actually bigger and louder than Belfry crowd, which hardly ever happens anywhere...

 

:confused: No way. I guess that depends on where one was sitting because where I was, Belfry was LOUD all night long and although I know Pikeville had to be cheering...I never heard them. So I guess it sounded the same way for the people sitting near Pikeville.

One guy got three in first half. The ref looked at him and goes that is 3 warnings. By the way #24 is one guy who is defintley classy and a good player. He was fun to watch to tackle him you have to hit him low and we didnt do that.

As I have said before... Pikeville came out of the gates way too emotional.. maybe it was thier community pep rally they held last night, but Belfry on the other hand came out with composure, and with a swagger of a team who knew what the task ahead of them was all about, this isnt a slam on Pikeville, but Belfry held thier emotions in check which is a lot of times the deciding factor in such a rivalry.

There was no poor conduct in this game. No unsportsmanlike conduct penalties.

If anyone from Belfry got their feelings hurt, I'm sure it was unintentional.

 

 

Oh my goodness!! I have always respected Pikeville and pull for their W against anybody else but I cant believe I read that. I can sit here and bite my tongue all night, but not on this one and nobodys whinning or making excuses because we did get the win! I can't believe you watched the same game the rest of us did and then made this statement! Maybe no penalties were called but boy they should have been. The poor, unsportsmanlike conduct was there without a doubt. THAT was the biggest gripe of the night. Not blame, not refs, not excuses...just poor behavier and attitude. Sad.
