March 22, 20179 yr Author So does the winner come from that list, if so who? Or does the winner come from off the board, if so who?
March 23, 20179 yr Where are the actual odds? Would have to figure Jackson would be the favorite to repeat.

March 23, 20179 yr I said after the Heisman last year that it would be reversed. With Mayfield winning and Jackson second. I am going to stick with that. Only way I don't see that happening is if Mayfield ends up having to serve some kind of suspension for the trouble he got in.
March 24, 20179 yr The favorite for at least the first half of the year will be whichever QB wins the Bama/ FSU game. Saquon Barkley will take home the trophy though.

Only way I don't see that happening is if Mayfield ends up having to serve some kind of suspension for the trouble he got in. I think they already said he was going to be out at least a game. No way he sits out 2 though. They come to Columbus though. I don't think his candidacy would be hurt by sitting out against UTEP.
March 24, 20179 yr It's too bad he plays where he does. Gives him no chance, but Q is electric... [video=youtube;ps8l-4FyJB0]
March 25, 20179 yr It's too bad he plays where he does. Gives him no chance, but Q is electric... [video=youtube;ps8l-4FyJB0] Kid is flat out good
March 28, 20179 yr I think that Francois from FSU has a really good chance to win it if they beat Alabama. I think that FSU will go undefeated next year the rest of the way if they get by Bama and it will be a break out year for Deandre. If FSU makes it to the playoff I think he wins it. (A little bit of a homer pick there because I love FSU but I do believe it to be true.) I can't see why Mayfield is the favorite. Everyone knows the Oklahoma is going to lose at least two games they shouldn't lose.
April 1, 20179 yr The favorite for at least the first half of the year will be whichever QB wins the Bama/ FSU game. Saquon Barkley will take home the trophy though. If I had the resources I'd put 100 on both Francois and Hurts. I think Lamar Jackson was 50/1 odds last year before the season.
