Thoughts and Opinions on the NCAA Tournament Bracket/Field

Featured Replies

Okay. Let's flip the seeds then. Dayton should've been more like a 10 and Wichita is the 7. What does that actually change?

Touche.

Mitch Barnhart will be on KSR at 10:30am. He was on the selection committee this year.

I'm not saying they aren't in the toughest region this year. I'm saying it's annoying how UK fans whine about it every year.

One of the reasons Kentucky is often in the toughest bracket is because usually UK is one of the main reasons its the toughest.

They only whine when they are screwed over.

This. Drives me up the wall. To be the best, you gotta beat the best, so sack up and lace em up. The whining is beyond annoying IMO.

So they are screwed over every year. :lol2:

I already answered that, and because you apparently glanced over my reply I will answer it again, NO, but since Cal got there they do more times than not.
I didn't say their bracket was easy. But your posts smell of the guy that is going to complain regardless of how UK is seeded and who is in their bracket.
I never complained once about how they were seeded this year. I thought they were seeded correctly and in front of Duke. What I complained about was stating that once again they were placed in the toughest bracket which is a fact. That's all.
According to all the talking heads, Syracuse got robbed.

I don't think they did. Their RPI was terrible. For once I think the committee got the right teams in and overall the seeding wasn't bad except for a few teams.

Just the odd and even years. :lol2:

I did too. Even Boeheim this morning on ESPN Mike and Mike wasn't real upset he was left out either which was a shocker to me.

Really glad that they went back to just announcing all the regions rather quickly.

Why does it matter? They have to beat the best of the best to win it all no matter where they're at. I just don't get people's fascination with crying about their bracket every year.

UK fans, cry and whine, never.

See, even Plantman agrees. :thumb: :lol2:
