Xavier was always safe, no team had ever been excluded with 20 wins and a Top 10 schedule, but now they can start seed jumping.

2nd weekend? Let's pump our brakes. Since 2010 we have 3 Sweet 16's: one with Jordan Crawford and Tu Holloway, and the other two when they caught a HUGE break and beat a high double digit seed in the 2nd round. This is not a 2nd weekend roster without a monumental break along the way.

Fun game to watch. Macura saved it for the end of the game - big rebound, made the free throw, then got the steal when he missed the second free throw. Bluiett got it done at crunch time.

I agree, completely winnable game against Creighton tomorrow night. I don't know how enjoyable the reward of a game against Villanova is going to be, but making the championship game after these last few weeks would be a really nice moment for this team.
