The Wall

Featured Replies

Not just that, but the Mexicans that send almost all of their money back to Mexico helps to stimulate their economy more. Of course they don't want the wall, Mexico would have a lot to lose, I'd think.

Which is only one of the reasons it's ridiculous to think Mexico would ever pay for it.

If money that is currently being sent from the US to Mexico is diverted to pay for it, do you not agree that that is making them pay for it?

Progress sems to be started and Mexico is not going to pay. Build the wall and let those who voted for trump pay for it

So diverting money that was directed to be giving to Mexico as aide towards building the wall isn't making them pay for it?

I agree, I will help divert my funds to pay for the wall and let all those who voted for Hillary pay for all the illegals healthcare, housing, food, jail time, phones.

Nope. Them paying is them writting a check for it, as the voters were led ti believe. Twist it. Anyway you wish, but the bottom line they are not paying for it.

I did vote for either, so I am all for that.

So, if we sent Mexico the funds that we always do, say $20B (making #s up), and then they turn around and send us $10B for the wall, you'd consider that them paying for it?

But if we simply only sent them $10B instead of the $20B, you wouldn't?

There is zero logic behind that mindset.

Pretty good question. Where I'm sitting, that is them paying for it.

No, that is taking money away from an aid package or something else we send Mexico money for.

Again, there's no logic in that mindset IMO.

Well you still lost in the election so pick which one you want to pay for.

Wall or illegal free care

Again, there's no logic in that mindset IMO.

Cool. If I buy a car then take my child's lunch money I'm not making them pay for the car. I'm taking their lunch money...

Makes no sense, but you can believe whatever you'd like.
