January 20, 20179 yr Pretty interesting link @PurplePride92. The number of Mexicans living in America illegally might have been the most surprising to me.
January 20, 20179 yr From my own experience, a big number of illegal immigrants are not Mexican. Honduras, Guatemala, etc. But that is just from my area.
January 20, 20179 yr The one that surprises me every time I see it is the amount we spend on our national debt and neither candidate mentioned it. Neither had a plan to lower it unless you count Trump saying he would just default on it.

Neither had a plan to lower it unless you count Trump saying he would just default on it. I am with you on this one. The national debt and deficit were huge issues in previous recent presidential elections but in this election both candidates ignored it and didn't care if their programs were going to add to the deficit.
January 20, 20179 yr My guesses were eerily similar to the actual numbers in most cases. I was a little low on national debt and a little high on the troops.

I am like you I was pretty close, off on some but not by much. I am no fan of Obama( I think thats well documented ) but I am said numerous times Ill bet he would be a great guy to hang out with. I think he did what he thought was best.

This is the best post about Obama I have ever seen you make. :thumb:
January 20, 20179 yr President Obama is probably the 2nd "Coolest" President of all time...JFK was a straight up PIMP! Watching him walk out of the West Wing toward the residence this morning you could see a little swagger in his walk.
January 20, 20179 yr Author President Obama is probably the 2nd "Coolest" President of all time...JFK was a straight up PIMP! Watching him walk out of the West Wing toward the residence this morning you could see a little swagger in his walk. That man is ready for a break and his approval ratings leaving office give him reason to leave with some swag. There's no doubt that he meant every word in his letter to America but I can't imagine the feeling he has right now no longer being the guy everyone looks to for leadership. That is a helluva burden to bear and it can be a good feeling to let it go.

January 20, 20179 yr Author Amazing looking at how much he has changed in 8 years. Stress. I know the feeling on a much much smaller scale. Stress ages you so much. If I run for local president again my beard will be full blown gray. Word up.
