But what does that have to do with the way the regional tournament format will be?

So why does Jenkins go to Owsley Co., Leslie Co., Rose Hill which are 1.5-2.5 hours away(non-bus) among other games, over an hour away, during the regular season if they're just gonna lose? Also if the 15th Region remains at the Expo center, that not too far of a drive for Jenkins,East Ridge or Phelps is it?

If you go back and read, that was the argument of an actual coach in the area. Besides, I've already said this is a much more efficient region for Jenkins.

It appears so. In fact, depending on how they determine to do the seeding, 4 teams from the same district could advance to the final 4 of the region.
