It's basically the world community condemning Israel. The United States and even this Adminstration has always vetoed similar measures. Obama doing this on his way out was unneeded since he vetoed the exact same resolution in 2011. But it doesn't make one of our strongest allies happy. Why does this adminstration sometimes seem to favor the community that breeds terrorist and not a strong ally . Vetoing this bill should of been a no brainer.

While it does not bring sanctions it does change what law is in international courts. Which is a much bigger deal than I originally thought. Also it gives Palestinians a false sense of legitmacy and could cause more violence. To do this in your last month of office is so irresponsible. President Obama should be ashamed.

What is even more ridiculous is that he is doing this on his way out when he does not have to deal with the political fallout. This tells you how he and Kerry really feel about Israel. I have always thought that Obama has a distinct dislike for our main ally in the middle east (Israel)...this just proves it. And people think Trump is close to Putin. Believe me, Trump HATES this and Putin LOVES this...

This is to far, I never question another mans faith. I just don't understand this adminstrations obvious hostility toward Israel. The easy answer is Valarie Jarret but I think it goes much deeper. I think there is a civil war coning in the Democrat party on Israel.
