While I'm by no means implying that it's OK for the Russians or any other entity hacking accounts and releasing information in an attempt to influence any of our elections; I'm curious about one thing--How would that be much different than the hordes of so-called media in the US that threw all their resources into trying to support Hillary Clinton, and openly trying to destroy Trump??

 

Might even make a case that while it's expected that our "enemies" would try to interfere; it's even worse for our so-called "objective media" to be so biased and openly in the tank for one side in a supposedly "fair election"??

I am just glad the leaked true feelings and positions of HRC did not have to go thru the main street media filter.

Anyone who has a good understanding of the technology and has a desire can access your accounts. Ask Sara Palin and John Podesta. Both had someone get their passwords.

 

HRC had a personal server that was not secured by the government security and any number of countries or motivated people could have found access to the data.

 

Its also possible someone internal to the HRC organization that was unhappy shared data.

 

Hope some day they can find out and not just suppose or insinuate. However I believe its likely we will never get to the bottom of who is responsible for the leaks.

 

So at this point having a briefing by the Obama government to the EC that supported HRC is just more politicization of the process.
