November 30, 20169 yr That sounds awesome. I bet you guys lived those up! No kids and great seats to anyone that came near. Spent a lot of money but had a great time doing it. Kinda spoiled me.

Once you've been in the front rows, it's hard to go back to the "other" seats. :thumb: Been fortunate to sit front row for: Don Henley, Styx, Boz Scaggs and near front row for John Mellencamp. (all in the last 6 years)

(all in the last 6 years) Met John Panozzo former drummer for Styx back in the day due to my seats. Chatted with him as the warm up band was getting ready to go out. Never forget the fur coat he was wearing. RIP. Missed this particular show but my Brother in Law gave a high 5 to Mellencamp during a show. I miss my hook up, I'll have to get to know you and hoard in on your connection!!

Henley was at ODU in Norfolk, Styx was Salem Arena in Roanoke, VA, and Mellencamp & Scaggs was the Berglund Theater in Roanoke, VA.

We got to order tickets before they went on sale to the public. Never had a seat further than 10 rows back - always center stage. Got to see so many great acts during that stretch! Also made some great money selling Buffett tickets back in the day when his shows were so popular here. Thanks Carl!
December 2, 20169 yr Led Zeppelin Also regret no going to George Strait's The Cowboy Rides Away Tour.
December 4, 20169 yr Bruce. I've been to a lot of concerts, but I've seen Bruce 3 times and he's ruined most other shows for me because his energy is unmatched.
December 4, 20169 yr Since I've had the pleasure of seeing Pink Floyd I'd 100% go with Led Zeppelin. Hate that I missed them when they came to Cincinnati.
