For Those That Say the SCOTUS is Their Most Important Issue

Featured Replies

Though I know it will never change, Roe v Wade was legislation from the bench. It basically took rights away from the baby.

It doesn't matter which side of the issue of abortion you are on, it is a clear example of legislation from the bench.

Or it gave rights to the mother.

Or it gave rights to the mother.

So it's OK to deny rights to one over the other?

I think that is a basic human rights violation.

Pro-2A

I'm against abortion except in certain situations.

States to have more rights.

Or it gave rights to the mother.

The woman gave up her right to choose when she chose to have unprotected intercourse and a soul was created.

What about the dad's rights to having his kid not be murdered.

It's just as much his, he fertilized the egg and it has his DNA also.

^^^^

Well dont any die hard abortion right activist have any good words to say about the statement.

Do you think the DAD has a right to his unborn child. It does have his DNA and genes and her egg was fertilized by the dad.

Your not a mother if you abort. Just saying.

That's the point, isn't it? To not be a mother?

I'm for 2nd Amendment and I'm anti-abortion. But I don't think Roe vs. Wade will ever be overturned.

Should it?

It's a funny world we live in.

If you are a young woman who is sure that you don't want children and you go to your gynecologist to inquire about getting your tubes tied, most doctors will turn you away.

So you have sex and even though you used protection, you get pregnant and you want an abortion, most doctors will turn you away.

Either way, someone else is controlling your body and calling the shots for you.

I don't care if a woman is having unprotected sex 15 times a day, it's nobody's business but her own whether or not she decides to have a kid if she gets pregnant. Suggesting otherwise is arrogant, to say the least.

The people that cry abortion should be illegal are the same ones crying about people living on welfare and off the government. So you don't want people to have abortions, but you also don't want the government to pay for the kids they can't support. LOL. Okay.

And you guys are the same one crying when a person, convicted by a jury of their peers, as the Constitution calls for, are put to death but uphold the murder of babies daily. LOL Okay.

Who cries about the death penalty? I certainly don't... I'm 100% in favor of the death penalty...

I absolutely think the father should have a say in the matter. But at the end of the day, unless he wants to carry the child himself, it's not his decision.

It CERTAINLY isn't the decision of any politician in Washington, or even in a state government.
