I paid for the monthly subscription last year, watched both the Beechwood and NCC play on my chromecast on TV (streamed thru TV Cast app on Iphone). I did not have any issues with skipping or freezing, but much like guru said I have lots of bandwith, so I do not think it was an issue with the broadcasts.

I hate to beat a dead horse here but the broadcasts were awesome last year and Prepspin is producing them and their broadcasts have been tremendous all year.

 

For 9.95 this is a no brainer steal.

I have pretty awesome internet. Get about 750mb download on average. I had tons of issues with the 1A game last year but only a small hickup at half time of the 3A game. My biggest gripe was that for 9.99 subscription I expect better presentation, it felt amateurish with delayed score overlay updates, constant corection of down and distance and scores posting for the wrong team and then corrected. It may be that I also have gotten spoiled by GA.

I watched it at a friends house on his 65 inch flat screen, picture was BEAUTIFUL and no interruptions at all in the telecast.

I did it last year, you pay for a month of the service and get all of the games they stream including some good out of state games as well. Video and coverage is adequate...I liked it better when it streamed on YouTube Live...probably because it was free and I could put it on my TV. Without a way to stream video to your TV, you have to watch it on your laptop or phone.

Between my Daughter's events this weekend, Marching in the Christmas Parade Saturday Night and Regional Band Tryouts Sunday...I probably won't have a chance to watch any of them.

I have a 24" computer monitor that should work just fine. My Uverse speeds are 29 Mbps download and 4.93 upload. I hope that's fast enough for the streaming of the games.

I have always been disappointed in the lack of live games being on TV or even streaming. A lot of states all the games on our television. I live in Bowling Green and I can usually watch the Tennessee High School state champions game on one of their on-air networks I get through my antenna. They need to be high quality broadcasted live.

All the state championship games in Ohio are broadcast live on Time Warner Cable or you can live stream them for free.

Correct me if I am wrong here but unlike the KHSAA, doesn't the OHSAA take some of the gate receipts from playoff games?

 

My point being, the OHSAA is in a much better financial situation to provide the games for free online.

Yes the O.H.S.A.A. takes a big part of the gate and we are the one of the most expensive ticket in the nation for semi finals and state final games.(From the info I can gather) 15 bucks a game, for what is consider the good seats, if you buy a booklet, for all seven games.

 

*I believe I read on here where Kentucky is 18 bucks a game, for what is considered the good seats?

 

** Anyone think the prices are or are getting out of hand, for an high school game?

 

Attendance continues to dwindle and this from what I hear is a huge reason as to why.
