Final

Hats off to Walton Verona they played a great game! Holy cross play calling needs to look better if they want to beat ncc... anyways On to the next.

Sounds like the Bearcats missed a few golden opportunities to pull off the upset, but Congrats to the Indians on getting the job done.

Next week should be a dandy.

Wow. Great job of improving throughout the year Bearcats. Sure did not expect this type of game.

Wow!!! WV came to play and sounds like HC took it for granted and got lucky.

Yes WV played their hearts out...

Walton played great passionate football. Proud of their effort! Congrats to all of them on a great season.

Congrats Indians on the win. They found a way when Walton was making it very tough. I give credit to their defense for keeping Walton from converting any of their 4 takeaways and keeping it a one score ball game.

Sounds like Walton has improved a lot since earlier in the season. I figured Holy Cross would win more convincingly.

The Bearcats improved all season, and had a very good Holy Cross team on the ropes. Holy Cross has a ton of talent. Good luck next week.

Penalties, turnovers, sideline warnings, blocked kicks, big stops on 4th down, players playing their hearts out on both sides, cramping, etc. This game had it all except for a lot of points.

Could have not been more proud of the Bearcats effort in this one. This is a young team and the potential for them next year is great! Holding Abernathy and Barnes to under 100 yards apiece is quite the feat for these young Bearcats!

Quite a turnaround from the 44-0 drubbing the Bearcats took from the Indians back on Week 2.

When I saw this matchup, I thought that the Bearcats couldn't be looking forward to another round with the Indians. Obviously, the Bearcats took it as a personal challenge and represented well.
