Check out the Bulldog's videos on Free David Dooley page on FB. The possible corruption that exists in this case is reprehensible. LTS should resign immediately, be disbarred and put on trial herself.

This is a personal matter between Tally Smith and McVay, Dusing said. Tally Smith and McVay were in a relationship and the messages on the thumb drive recorded quarrels between the two, he said.

"Linda knew (McVay) didn't do things wrong," Dusing said. "These are not serious allegations."

Tally Smith told The Enquirer she can't comment on the allegations and the lawsuit due to the involvement of the attorney general. Tally Smith wouldn't confirm or deny whether McVay and Tally Smith were in a relationship only saying it is a "very personal and private matter."

The Justice system is never wrong. LEO don't make mistakes or lie. No way this guy was innocent or he would not have ever faced a trial and found guilty.
