Just my humble opinion, in no order:

Tanner Morgan, Ryle

Walker Wood, Lafayette

Clark Payne, Bowling Green

Cameron Racke, Simon Kenton

Zach Dampier, Danville

Rex Henderson, Butler Co

Landon Arnett, Mayfield

Cameron Sizemore, Corbin

Kolbe Langhi, Christian County

Jalen Johnson, Hopkinsville

Special Mention:

Desmond Ridder, St. X

Wyatt Battaile, Pikeville (Jr)

Ryder Litten, South Warren

Noah Corbett, Belfry (Best at what he is asked to do in the state)

I can't narrow down my list to 10, so here's 10 of (some people will have different names, this is NOT the end-all, be-all) the best from each region (West, Central, North, East):

*Listed in ABC order, NOT by personal preference:

WEST

Landon Arnett, Mayfield

Dessi Austin, Glasgow

Shane Burns, Caldwell County

Dalton Ferrell, Paducah Tilghman

Rex Henderson, Butler County

Jalen Johnson, Hopkinsville

Cash Jones, McCracken County

Ryder Litten, South Warren

Clark Payne, Bowling Green

Will Warren, Owensboro Catholic

CENTRAL

Spencer Blackburn, Trinity

Zack Dampier, Danville

Kirk Fagot, Lexington Catholic

Larry Harper, Waggener

Breece Hayes, Casey County

Patrick Henschen, Newport Central Catholic

Austin Hoeh, Campbell County

Chase Keller, Bishop Brossart

Jarod Lonaker, Cooper

A.J. Mayer, Covington Catholic

Tanner Morgan, Ryle

EAST

Jones Cameron, Knott County Central

Lorenzo Linsey, Wayne County

Alec Poore, Williamsburg

Brandon Pruitt, Southwestern

Braxton Ratliff, Ashland Blazer

Nick Sergent, Letcher County Central

Cameron Stacy, Breathitt County

Tuck Woolum, Pineville

Nathaniel Davidson from Raceland probably won't crack anybody's top 10 list, but he's played like a top 10 QB this year. He's engineered a 7-0 start for the Rams, while throwing for over 1700 yds and 18 TDs and completing 63% of his passes.

Perhaps the most improved QB in the state. Having a great year. :thumb:

I had him listed.

Plus, he has an awesome first name.

The one from Caldwell is the whole package, Hoptown is good and will be better when he decides on one sport. The one at CCHS is big and plays out of position, will be a tight end if he plays at the next level

I saw that you had him listed. I just wanted to give him another shout out, he deserves it.

Jerod Lonaker is having probably the best year in the State to date IMO. With Friday's results he is over 2000 yards passing with 20 tds. Not bad for a 1st year starter.

Most definitely the breakout QB of the year. The young man has been very impressive.

I may be a bit biased, but I feel this is the most underrated position in Kentucky in terms of recruiting. Having Scooter Hollis and Devin Hayes (maybe Clark Payne) slip through the cracks for FBS and FCS schools in recent past at Bowling Green still leaves me unsure what a QB in this end of the state needs to do to get attention from schools..

I am sure people have different ways to judge QB's, but I think I will throw in two more names and that is Spencer Blackburn from Trinity and Drew Zaubi from South Oldham. Neither may have eye popping stats but they find ways to win games. Blackburn is 7-0 in his one year as a starter at the highest division playing a very rough schedule. He can run or pass if needed to win. Zaubi, still a Junior, is 16-3 in class 5A as a two year starter, can hurt you running or passing and has two game winning drives to his credit.

Very impressive for a first year starter.

Very impressive for a first year starter. What year is he?
