PurplePride92
Most on this forum seem to be in favor of Boyle Co. and their board chairman doing what they thought was necessary to hire Chuck Smith. However, I have to ask; what if it was the other way around and Boyle had a board member with a personal vendetta against the beloved Coach Smith and goes behind the scenes to see that he loses him job because a parent and/or parents are upset with Boyle's 3 losses? Is it okay then? Nope and chances are that once that information was made public the board member would not get re-elected.
kypride
Here is one point about these laws. Top businesses go out and search for who to hire. They recruit the top kind of people that they want. Everyone knows you build organizations with the best people you can find. In education the opposite is true. The law requires the top people in the organization (super and BOE) to sit on their hands and wait on people to apply and you to trust middle management (site base council) to hire them. Rebelstat
In 2003, Chuck Smith lost a pregame coin toss... the coin apologized. That's funny there, I don't care who you are.
ThrowItDeep
After looking closely at the Mr. Football trophies from the past decade or two, the figure on the trophy is Chuck Smith. So Chuck Smith is Mr. Football.
