SKs march through mediocrity and the lower classes continues. Since they are the greatest team assembled since Lombardi's Packers I'd say they win by at least 1.

 

Dixie has been, and likely will again be a 6a school. It's also a game that is mandated by the Kenton County School board. I get it, you'd like to see them add Trinity, UC, Thomas More and the Bengals to their schedule. And while their schedule could be better, it's not a horrible schedule.

Right now, Simon Kenton's strength of schedule is the same as Bowling Green's. Is anyone knocking Bowling Green's schedule? Time to move on from that old discussion because it doesn't apply to this year.

I am not factoring in scrimmages. And strength of schedule has nothing to do with what class you are in. It is based on the strength of your opponents.

There's no point.

 

 

Some folks just don't care to look at things from a perspective other than their own and just want to put kids down.

SK is a good team no doubt, are they Trinity caliber? No but who in Kentucky is right now? Can Dixie keep it up? Who knows, if the Colonels can keep their running game going and play good defense, it should be a close one. It's a rivalry game no matter the class. Hope for a great game, no injuries, a class effort by both teams and someone wins by 1 in the last seconds or in OT.

Wish I could attend, Torres vs the SK defense will be interesting.
