It's the latest installment in a bitter rivalry when John Hardin hosts 6A's North Hardin. The Bulldogs enter off a humbling loss to Bowling Green - but then again, a lot of teams will be humbled by the Purples. Very little went right for John Hardin, and they'll look to right the ship this week. They'll look to continue their success against their rival, who they lost to only once in the last decade, a stunner in 2014. The Trojans are entering off an impressive 21-20 overtime win over Boyle County in the first week. Does John Hardin even up both teams' records or do the Trojans continue the momentum and move to 2-0?

After watching Boyle County vs North Hardin last week I cant see North Hardin winning this one. Boyle County lost the farm to graduation last season and it will take them a while to gain the experience necessary to be competitive this season. North Hardin seemed to be a 1 man team as Bankhead made every big play needed in the victory. North Hardin had virtually no run game and seemed to be missing that element from last year when Tavon Graves was a punishing RB, to compliment their passing game.

John Hardin 36

North Hardin 12

JH should win in a blowout. At least 3-4 TDs.

Very interested in out come of this game.

Going with JH in this one.

interested also to see the psyche of JH. They need a good win for the team. Anything other than a convincing win against an ok NH team could spell trouble for a team void of leadership.

T2T do you have score of JV with South

JH won 36-14.

If you base this game on what has happened between these two teams as Freshman and Sophomores, JH should put a running clock on NH. I am very interested to see if this happens. JH still hasn't found a starting QB, so both of them will split time this week. One of them needs to step up and win the starting job.

North by 2 TDs...

NKYNeo, that is a bet I would take all day long. Not sure what reasoning you are using to post "North by 2 TDs"?

Doubt he has any reasoning. If he knew anything about these two teams he wouldn't be predicting that.

Because I'm not overly impressed with what John brings to the table. They can't pass the ball effectively, yet. So if (big if) north can force John to throw the ball, they'll be successful.

Lol I know plenty about the teams bud. I'm not blinded by the John hype train. This isn't the John Hardin from a decade ago. Or even 3 years ago.
