Wednesday - Ryle 14, Covington Catholic 21

 

At halftime it was tied at 14. Ryle shot itself in the foot with all the penalties and turnovers. They gave up a couple of big plays on defense. Ryle moved the ball well though. This group will be good when they get used to playing together.

I'm a bit surprised (happily so) by this. It seems that Ryle dominated the scrimmage a few weeks ago. Nice job by the CCH Freddies.

Apparently it is standard school practice at Bracken. Their Volleyball team didn't show up this past Saturday to the Lloyd Invit. Tourney they were supposed to be a part of.. Maybe someone needs to give a wakeup call to the AD at Bracken Cty.
