Last years tickets came in an awesome box with slick marketing and a big thankyou letter. This years tickets.......can in an oversized non-descript white envelope with just the tickets and a pocket schedule. No thank you, no slick packaging. just the tickets stapled together. One step forward.............two steps backwards They really just miss the boat with the average fan.

WestDanville Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 Preparing you for the season. Even as a UK fan and a season ticket holder I found that comical and very well possible. I can see anywhere from 10-2 to 2-10 with a realistically 5-7, 6-6 season.

I didn't expect another box but I was surprised that there wasn't a thank you letter or something along those lines in there.

Not a scientific example by any means, but wondered what the raw #s are and what the trends indicate. Are there any requirements that are in play? For example, do you have to buy football season tix to renew your basketball season tix? Do you have to be a certain level of donor to renew your football season tix? Is there a PSL (personal seat license) or similar that goes into the cost of the tix?

If you bought tickets then the next season in April the same seats are offered to you for renewal. You can opt to upgrade seats and pay more, downgrade seats for a lower price or stay right where you are.
citycat Posted August 16, 2016 Author Posted August 16, 2016 I think the last i read was they are currently around 6,000 down from last year at this time, but i think they expect for some ppl to buy when it gets closer but still think it will be down from last year. Like I said in my original post, the marketing for these tickets I got in the mail was just pitiful
