July 21, 201610 yr OK I got one for everyone...Pancakes or Waffles? I love both, Pancakes are consistently better but a really good waffle is better than a really good pancake. So I will choose Waffle, with a little bit of butter and syrup in each little square and cooked to a lightly crisped perfection.

July 21, 201610 yr Waffles but I probably eat pancakes more because they are easier to get. But I don't eat breakfast much.
July 21, 201610 yr I prefer waffles and hope it's one from Taste of Belgium. Vary rarely will order pancakes and would never even think about ordering those fruit topped cakes.

I like maple syrup, but my mom makes amazing preserves, so I've always waited until the butter melted, then slathered the pancake or waffle with preserves. Peach, strawberry, cherry, plum. blackberry, all that. Occasionally mom makes peach syrup.
