Where will the bell go this year? Will the Wildcats finally bring it back? Will NCC hold on to it for another year?

NCC 42 - Newport 6 This game won't be close and the bell rings up on the hill .

NCC will win the first game on the new field, I think the 42-6 prediction will be very close.

I wish I could predict a win for the Cats but I have to be realistic. The line is horrific they couldn't hold back Western Hills. The receivers were inconsistent so the bell will be back up on the Hill once again. 39-8 Breds.....

How many years has NCC had the bell now?

Isn't it permmently attached to the side of the school, just joking. I have no idea, but I predict 31-10 NCC.

6 and counting.

How often was J.J. sacked in this game? How did Wilfong do running the ball?

Ill go out on a limb and take Newport over NCC 28-14. And please dont start getting on me for it someone has to like the underdogs.:scared:

I'm not sure on how many times he was actually sacked but the line barely gave him anytime to make a play happen. He was hurried almost every play but with Hesch's quickness he made plays happen. Wilfong looked good but IMO Oden was more impressive.

Seems like its been a lot longer, but with the talent Newport has coming in it might not be there much longer

If I had to pick someone, it would be NCC, however, I do think that Newport is going to make it closer than any other team of their caliber. It's a RIVALRY! Does not matter how bad or good either team is, just like HHS-CCH, Conner-Boone, Boone-Ryle. I will say NCC edges this one 24-21.

I thought Newport had a chance last year... look how that turned out...

Are they just going to start engraving the scores on the peace bell? I thought they played for the fireman's ax anyway.

NCC by at least 4td's.....After losing a heartbreaker to Belfry I think they smoke the Wildcats...
