Doesn't matter if they do have a No Trespassing sign, I don't have to acknowledge it. If I break in the garage and fall on an axe, I'm suing them because they should have prevented me from being able to fall on it.

June 15, 201610 yr I can't believe some of you haven't asked or brought this up yet. Is it for sure 100% a fact that the alligator is who did this and no foul play. I'm sure Disney has cameras everywhere and should have this on video I would think.

June 15, 201610 yr It really is not such a natural habitat, is it? Man made lake at Disney with man made sandy beaches and ginourmous man made "family" hotels right on the man made sandy beach on the man made lake. Oops We are of like mind on this as I was thinking very similar thoughts. Hey, lets make a huge pool...and put sharks in it and put up a sign that says no swimming. I know, that's being a little contrary, but kinda the same idea. So, as controlled an atmosphere as Disney is, people are saying they can't make a man made lake in the middle of a family resort and not ensure gators don't get in it? I'm not absolving responsibility from the parents here, especially if they bypassed gates/guards/ropes and ignored postings, but I am still surprised this situation exists to begin with in the middle of a theme park.
June 15, 201610 yr ^The answer is no. Gators are all over down there. You can create a man-made lake with no gators. Within a week, you'll have them. You remove them, more will show up.
