After the 2012 presidential election, it was (widely) reported that Romney received zero votes in 59 precincts in inner-city Philadelphia and zero votes in nine precincts in Cleveland (Cuyahoga County). What I don't believe is that you have insider information that "proves" this phenomenon is not possible ... and can only come about because of voter fraud. As cbsnews.com reported three years ago:

 

"The outcome is not at all out of step with recent history -- in 2008, 57 divisions in Philadelphia returned zero votes for McCain. And in 2004, a more Republican-friendly election year, five Philadelphia divisions shut out former President George W. Bush entirely."

 

The Philadelphia Inquirer dug into this story after the 2012 presidential election. Bottom line: The newspaper couldn't find any GOP voters in precincts that it targeted.

Better check your neighbor's photo ID. And, while you're at it, see if he's registered to vote. We all know how those Republicans like to cheat at the polls.

He better hope he can get at least get some of them, this election will have the largest minority percentage of all-time, almost like every 1 out of 3 voters will be Black, Hispanic, Asian, etc.

 

By 2050 minorities will be the majority as well.

I suppose I'll vote for Trump as a lesser of two evils choice but I can't see him doing very well with Hispanics, and worse with African-American voters.

But he could still win without those two groups if it weren't for a third category : female. He may pick up a little momentum with women as the campaign continues but probably not enough to help him win the White House.

As the campaign goes into the summer and fall the Dems are going to show his Megan Kelly comments and his "would you vote for a face like that" comment about the only woman on the debate stage, repeatedly in campaign commercials. It's going to be tough for him to overcome his female comments.

I don't need "proof" to be skeptical of someone making a broad-brush generality of election fraud based on a conversation with a neighbor. A lot of this occurs on these political boards, and a majority of people go, "Duh. It must be true."
