This has nothing to do with the game or maybe it does. I was told at the JV game that the National Anthem was not played before the Varsity game Friday night. I got there around 7:10 and it wasn't played after that. If it was then LexCath's:rolleyes: band needs to turn up the volume. Black and blue band uni's! :irked: A whole other issue. Does anyone have any info on this. And if it wasn't played then WHY NOT!!!

I guess all those double "band" sessions they had this summer, they forgot to learn the National Anthem. Hopefully they were not told to not play it and it was just an oversight which would be a weak agrument anyway. Oh well, I guess we'll wait for the next game. By the way, does anyone know what the split the pot #'s were. I know it's not the PA system because the week before another person, perhaps younger, did the announcing of the game. Did anyone else hear anyone announcing the game friday night?

They didn't but the band uni's looked more like they belonged to Lex Cath than Highlands. It was the Highlands band in Lex Cathish uni's.
