I sincerely hope that he takes this opportunity to learn from his past mistakes and make this work for himself. Conrad appears to be a religious oriented system which is always a good start on the road to direction in life and prioritizing goals......I wish him all the luck I can because in the end, we all deserve a second chance especially being so young. I certainly am not in a position to "cast the first stone".

Alternative programs can keep the student out of school but still completing school work, kinda a supervised home schooling or group schooling.

Don't know where or who you heard this from but he is still at MCHS and will graduate.

Golly, I sure hope the young man is mentally mature enough to take full advantage of this second chance. He can never change what has happened. But, he can show what real type of person he aspires to be by his actions from this day forward. A whole community will never forget, but 90% are wanting the peace that comes with forgiveness. Here's hoping that is what he wants to earn, for that is how he finds peace, too. IMO

Yes you can graduate high school then attend a prep school.

Hopefully CBA offers a class on using social media.

Absolutely. I took one look down his timeline and my head almost exploded. I could only imagine if I was a college coach with free money to give him.

Alternative schools are different than home schooling. Most Alternative schools are on campus but the students are isolated from the rest of the students.

All of us who have made mistakes look for forgiveness and wish we had taken a different path. I wish nothing but the best for him.

My son's entire 17U AAU team just received emails from Conrad Basketball Academy, asking that they consider a fifth year there and offering some form of scholarship.
