March 31, 201610 yr I'm still amazed that people on here (and some media) think this is career suicide :lol2:
March 31, 201610 yr Swaggy P, a 30 year old with the maturity of 15 year old, had his news put on blast by a 20 year old with the maturity of a 12 year old. I think people will see this for what it is. Two boneheads being two boneheads. I am sure the Lakers were giggling as a timid 20 year old poured out his heart to this dysfunctional mess. Kobe must be enthralled.
March 31, 201610 yr Author Swaggy P, a 30 year old with the maturity of 15 year old, had his news put on blast by a 20 year old with the maturity of a 12 year old. I think people will see this for what it is. Two boneheads being two boneheads. I am sure the Lakers were giggling as a timid 20 year old poured out his heart to this dysfunctional mess. Kobe must be enthralled. Kobe said he spoke to D'Angelo throughout the day and told him that he will make it through this. Kobe looked in good spirits after the game last night.
March 31, 201610 yr Author I'm still amazed that people on here (and some media) think this is career suicide :lol2: I mean, if Tony Parker can still play in the NBA after what he did to his teammate then I imagine D'Angelo will be fine if he can produce on the court.
March 31, 201610 yr I mean, if Tony Parker can still play in the NBA after what he did to his teammate then I imagine D'Angelo will be fine if he can produce on the court. It's just a dumb thought. Yes - he did a stupid thing. But he's 19 and talented. No one is going to pass up playing with him in LA BECAUSE of this. Totally right on Parker. Kobe did the same thing to Shaq. It's like just don't discuss your girl situation with D'Angelo... That's it. PP - you follow the Lakers closer than anyone. How many guys on the current roster will be a Laker next year?

How many guys on the current roster will be a Laker next year? I'm pretty sure Russell, Randle, Clarkson and Nance, Jr will all be back next year. I think Clarkson may be in an option year. Restricted Free Agent maybe. I'll be surprised if the Front Office allows Clarkson to go anywhere. I'm pretty sure Nick Young will be gone and I think Metta World Peace will be gone as well. It is unknown what will happen with Roy Hibbert, Lou Williams, Brandon Bass, Tarik Black, Ryan Kelly and Robert Sacre. I'd like to see them bring back Bass, Black and Kelly. They can get rid of the rest. I can be talked in to keeping Roy Hibbert. :lol2:
March 31, 201610 yr Biased, but doesn't surprise me that Randle is public supporting D'Angelo. Seems like a solid guy and a warrior I'd want on my team.
March 31, 201610 yr Based solely on how frequently their names pop up in my Twitter feed, the Lakers have a really solid young group, they just need to make a good decision in the draft and a certain SF from a small market team just north of Texas to contend.
March 31, 201610 yr Author Based solely on how frequently their names pop up in my Twitter feed, the Lakers have a really solid young group, they just need to make a good decision in the draft and a certain SF from a small market team just north of Texas to contend. I'd be fine with Simmons, Ingram or Hield as their choice.
March 31, 201610 yr I'd be fine with Simmons, Ingram or Hield as their choice. I'm praying for Ingram. Hield is nothing more than a scorer at the next level. Nothing wrong with that, but not something you are building your franchise around.
March 31, 201610 yr Author I'm praying for Ingram. Hield is nothing more than a scorer at the next level. Nothing wrong with that, but not something you are building your franchise around. True. Watching last night The Kids did good in OT but they still don't have a true go to scorer on the team. They are all streaky.
March 31, 201610 yr I'd be fine with Simmons, Ingram or Hield as their choice. And I think they'll have their choice. It's starting to feel like 1985... Alas, I say trade Russell and let Huertas do his thing. He's 30, so immaturity won't be an issue, plus, he hid behind Spo' and made a steal from behind. That's the guy I want running the Lakers for the next 10-15 months.

March 31, 201610 yr :lol2: :lol2: Are you being serious? Any time you can hand the keys over to a 30-plus rookie instead of the highly skilled, #2 overall pick, 19-year old who snitched on a teammate, you HAVE to do it.
March 31, 201610 yr Nikki Minaj is now rumored to be involved in this. Iggy said something about her over the weekend. Some think she somehow leaked the video. George Mikan is rolling over in his grave.
