March 30, 201610 yr Author Stating a young kid is immature does not a prophet make. Understanding maturity takes time doesn't change the fact that he's won fewer games than Brett Brown the last two years. :lol2: Good point.
March 30, 201610 yr Author How long before Iggy is court-side in the gold #1 jersey? Tonight. :lol2: :lol2:
March 30, 201610 yr Author I knew last night this would blow up. I followed it all night at work. I don't how I am going to get some sleep. I want to hear what the organization has to say and if D'Angelo makes a statement today. First thing he needs to do is kiss some serious butt in the locker room.
March 30, 201610 yr Author The video came out 6 days ago and was news in LA immediately. National news today.
March 30, 201610 yr Author "The Lakers went 30 years without bad luck and have paid that price the last 4 years between Kobe's body breaking down yearly, Julius Randle breaking his leg in his very first game to the coaching carousel, the worst two Laker seasons in history to rookie #2 pick D'Angelo Russell destroying the locker room." LA radio-Kelvin and Travis Morning Show Yeesh, life as a Laker fan right now.

LA radio-Kelvin and Travis Morning Show Yeesh, life as a Laker fan right now. Might as well be a Clippers fan... If you want to really commit to this, Gilbert Arenas is looking for a 10-day to sit court-side for Kobe's last home game.
March 30, 201610 yr Russell has the chance of being an All Star caliber player. Not a marginal talent. He can overcome this as time heals all wounds, as long as he can recover from it. This will be a test of how mentally he can rebound as opposed to "what player will ever want to play with Russell ever again." Ultimately it is an ownership decision. If Russell is talented enough, he will be on a roster for 15 more years. There are only so many spots on NBA rosters and people are not going to refuse to play on a team with him. Hell, Riley Cooper committed what I would consider career suicide and he was back on the team in 3 days. Not getting rid of him was the flashpoint of Kelly's demise in Philly, but talent is still talent and only so many spots are available.
March 30, 201610 yr Agreed. I think the Stephen A. Smiths out there screaming career suicide are reaching. He's 19-20 years old. There will be plenty of mature folks who get over this quickly. That dude is reaching the majority of the time he opens his mouth. I don't think I'd have a problem having D'Angelo as my teammate. Keep your mouth shut about who you're banging and you don't have a problem.
March 30, 201610 yr Author The more I read and hear he isn't done if he can grow and learn from this. How he responds will determine his future. And by that I don't mean how he responds publicly but how he responds as a teammate and player.
March 30, 201610 yr Author I'm trying to figure out how and Nick Young allowed that video to leave the room. Nick should have whipped him as soon as D'Angelo told him he was recording him. Matt Barnes would have never let this happen. :lol2:

March 30, 201610 yr @IGGYAZALEA: hmmm i see D Angelo Russell is trending... I actually liked his film. Thanks bro.
