March 8, 201610 yr Yeah. Show me three that are way more attractive. This should be good. :lol2: The new sideline reporter for the OVC Digital Network is hotter. Just saying.
March 8, 201610 yr Hotels are like franchises, very few are Brand Owned anymore. Okay. I guess the media has it all wrong when they keep saying what Marriott is on the hook for money wise.
March 8, 201610 yr Would anybody on this board be awarded $55 million if something similar happened to one of us? I would have to pay.
March 8, 201610 yr Hotels are like franchises, very few are Brand Owned anymore. The national media is so lazy these days.
March 8, 201610 yr The new sideline reporter for the OVC Digital Network is hotter. Just saying. Unfortunately I don't subscribe to Fox Sports Richmond.
March 8, 201610 yr The guy should be in jail and hotel management should be fired if not prosecuted as an accessory, and the owners should have taken the high road as I will assume they didn't personally give the guy the room next to hers. The fact that they didn't was blatant stupidity IMO thus the very high penalty which is to make a statement. The problem is, a statement of that amount reduces the likelihood of a quick settlement where Ms Andrews actually sees relief, and I would assume, her attorneys see compensation. Maybe someone can illuminate me.
March 8, 201610 yr Okay. I guess the media has it all wrong when they keep saying what Marriott is on the hook for money wise. The national media is so lazy these days. From the article "The damages stem from Andrews’s successful lawsuit against two companies, West End Hotel Partners and Windsor Capital. These two companies operate the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University. " "Andrews, who has spent significant time and money in trying to remove the videos from the Internet, originally sued Marriott International as well. In January 2016, however, Marriott International was dismissed from the lawsuit by establishing that it was not legally responsible. The operators of the Nashville Marriott, in contrast, were deemed negligent"
March 8, 201610 yr Erin Andrews: How $55 Million Gets Whittled Away ... to $6 Mil | TMZ.com Good info. Mini-doomer1 who is an Alabama attorney advises me that the average wrongful death award in TN is $3 mio. So being filmed nude is 18 times worse than being killed!

ESPN and the like keep saying Marriott is on the hook for the hotel's part of the money when the fact is that a judge dismissed the lawsuit against Marriott. That's negligent on the national media for continuing to say Marriott.
