I read all that. About a million sounds right.

Based on what?

I've seen neither the testimony on damages presented to the jurors nor the jury instructions that the judge gave the jury before deliberation. I'd imagine those two things would shed some serious light on what's happening here.

The jury awarded her just over 2/3 of what she asked for. I'm almost more curious about why and how the jury decided to come down from $75 million at all.

You guys are acting like you have to write the check.

Mini-doomer.

It certainly didn't hurt her career. And how dare the lawyer be truthful with everyone' date=' we shall have none of a lawyer being truthful in Tennessee.[/quote']

How did it help?

How did it help?

How did it hurt?

How did it help?

I will answer for you.

I want all of you men to be completely honest. Think about some real hot woman that you see in your normal travels. Maybe she works at the Mall, maybe she is your neighbor, maybe she is a care provider, maybe at the gym, or maybe she is on TV. Now imagine by some accident (stroke of luck) you get to see her naked. Again, it was an accident.

Now ask yourself this, would you like to see more or less of this hot woman in the future?

The answer is more for almost everyone of you. And for those of you it is less, I think you are weird.

How did it hurt?

It seems evident that it led to her relationship with ESPN souring.

I imagine she would prefer to be known as a reporter/journalist and not an unwitting porn star (I wonder if she's ever been passed over for endorsement deals because of the availability of naked pictures of her on the internet or how many athletes she's interviewed have brought up what they've seen of her).

And surely the psychological distress it causes her is worth valuing. Having a pervert secretly film you in your hotel room would be enough to drive most of you to violence, yet for her millions of people can pull up the film at home everytime they see her face on TV. If it happened to me I don't think I would just "get over it."

Do you watch "Keeping Up With the Kardashians"?

If there are nude photos of any Kardashian's out there I haven't seen them. Same for Erin Andrews. Not my cup of tea.

Did you purposely not answer my question?

Any idea how much she was making when the pictures were released vs. how much she is making now?

I my situation I didn't respond because of no harm with how life worked out but I am interested to see if it happens again we go back to that hotel. In my buddy's case, he contacted some people and had that employee either fired or moved to where he would never have to deal with them again.

In other words you don't think that you and your buddy each deserve millions?

I think my answer was implied. If I saw an attractive person naked "by accident" then why would I go out of my way to see them at work fully clothed? That doesn't make any sense to me. I'm sure millions of men have entertained themselves with Kim Kardashian's various internet salacities, but I doubt any of them are tuning into her show to hear what she has to say with her clothes on. I just don't see the connection.

Let's stick with Andrews, if you saw her naked by accident would you be less likely to watch a sporting event she was covering?

It wouldn't change anything about what I watch.
