If I was the parent of Jackson I would be asking questions on why he doesn't get a second chance.

I think a qb should be held to higher standards.

Thats funny, I thought your whole argument was against some (in your opinion) being held to higher standards than others.

Don't confuse him.

3 more years of it.

Is there an obligation to give him a second chance? Just because it was given to someone else, does not mean that it will or should be given to him. Don't want to be kicked off the team, don't break the rules.

How do you know how many chances he's gotten?

I'm pretty certain his parents were aware well ahead of the kids dismissal.

This thread has nothing to do with Jackson, sadly.

No coach with an IQ above 60 is going to throw a kid off the team after taking the time to recruit him and spending a year coaching him unless there have been multiple violations, multiple warnings and multiple opportunities for correction. Only the illogical or uninformed would think otherwise. I love these guys who make judgments from newspaper clippings. Get a real source, go to the internet

24 posts in and I still don't know anything about this kid or what happened.

True but it doesn't take an IQ of 60 to drag a kid through the mud who has nothing to do with this incident by someone with an agenda. Obviously.

Who said it was grades?

I did. That's what my post said. Grades.

Yes it does. He was kicked off the team while other kids have gotten 2nd and 3rd chances.
