...a year. March 29th was the last time I had any, day before my hip replacement surgery. Left my asthma inhaler at home this morning, fighting a cold and after walking outside at break my asthma was flaring up some. Hot coffee can help, which is why I did it. No cream, little bit of honey to sweeten. I don't plan on picking it back up again...but man it's pretty good.

I had a story I was going to share about my coffee, but I decided it was boring so I deleted it. You can thank me later.

Having said that....similar experience, but I decided to resume coffee drinking but with a very strict limit.

If you drink a lot of caffeinated sodas, you won't hardly notice anything if you quit drinking coffee.

I don't drink soda, so when I tried to quit coffee cold turkey last spring, I found it harder to do that quitting smoking (and I was a 3 pack a day guy). I quit smoking 11 years ago. I'm on my second cup of java this morning.
