l believe the schedule is the same as last year with the home and away games flipped. Maybe CCHS won't play HHS....they were pretty upset last year at how the game played out. (accused HHS of running up the score)

CCH beat HHS in 02' and 03', HHS won in 04' and 05'- I wouldn't expect much ducking from the CCH side even though I've heard from my Bird buddies "This is the best Highlands class ever".

You're right. CCH is not the type of program to be ducking anyone. As Henry mentioned, the teams do play each other and Gryche must have heard bad scoop. The game is the second week at Highlands at 5:30.

 

I saw a little of the CCH-Ryle frosh scrimmage yesterday but just the beginning. Ryle seemed to be getting the better of the Colonels while I was there. How did the game end up score wise?

6-0 Ryle. Ryle has over 70 freshmen out this year. No one is playing both ways for Ryle at this point.

Kiefer Eubank was playing tailback and Trevor Behne was playing QB.

Where is Peace playing at for Ryle?

Not to sure on how Newport's freshman team will fare out but they have an excellent running back in Brandon Tucker who should make some noise on freshman level this year.

Peace played RB also but I didn't see him carry the ball more than once. Ryle only played their 1st team offense one series.

Is Ryle freshman also running a split backfield? If so why wouldn't

Peace be along side Eubank?

I watched the Newport & HC freshman, the tailback for Npt did look good. And the QB for HC looked realy good, along with that big fullback & tailback they had. They had a couple recievers to.
