January 26, 201610 yr Derby Pie - bout as Kentucky as it gets. Derby Pie, burgoo, mutton are about as KY as it gets. I would also throw in Ale 8 one...they might distribute outside of KY now, but it's still a KY staple and only made here. Of course bourbon, the mint julep would be on there and I think beer cheese as well (I think that's a KY thing) but to OP asked for non-alcohol related products.

My grandmother and mother both used to make Divinity...they are from South Jersey, and it was a traditional Christmas thing growing up in Delaware. Another poster mentioned molasses cookies, which was also another Christmas Cookie tradition for us growing up.
