The only thing pending is if baseball is going to punish Chapman.

March 1, 201610 yr For what? Alleged domestic violence incident that occurred last October. As noted previously, no criminal charges were filed. This falls under MLB's new domestic violence policy. He wont appeal because he doesn't want to be a "distraction" to the Yankees organization.
