lawildcat
That alone means nothing. While it's a bit crazy, it's legal. Inside the city limits is usually a huge no-no.
Cuban Missile
Discharging a firearm in a residential area is legal? Since when? Take the domestic assault allegations out of the picture for a second. He admitted to discharging the firearm in his home. If it is illegal to do so, as you're implying, why didn't law enforcement charge him with a crime? HammerTime
Inside the city limits is usually a huge no-no. I'm certainly not an expert to the laws of Florida, but I seem to recall the police saying that wasn't illegal. I could be wrong. :idunno:

AverageJoesGym
It is going to be funny when the Yankees unload him around the All-Star break to a team desperate for a closer and get a better haul for him than the Reds did. They should have traded him at the deadline last season.

AverageJoesGym
How many teams do you expect to be in contention that will be desperate for a closer? Sounds like the Cubs are very interested. If that is the case I'd wager that the Yankees get a much better return than what they gave up to acquire him.
