I think Obama should simply be honest and tell Americans we will do our best but I can't guarantee terrorists or future terrorists will not slip thru a crack in any of the visa processes.

The odds of bringing in a current radical Muslim or a to-be radicalized Muslim will of course go up with each additional visa / refugee that's admitted into the US.

 

With the introduction of more and more potentially radical ideologies into the country or society will have to adjust to prevent mass casualty events.

 

White Christian males can be dangerous just like black, brown and yellow. Evil is not color blind. The Muslim extremists are and will be just as dangerous.
