Unless someone goes on a huge late season run, It will boil down to matchups based on district and region draws.

Been a long time since 93 points have been seen on the HOME side of the scoreboard.

This was the weirdest game I have ever been involved with. All the fouls and fouls shots. Players fouling out and leads blown and then spirts back out to the lead. Both teams are pretty good. Could see a re-match in March.

Tough game to watch.

Not sure what's gonna happen tomorrow afternoon or Tuesday night, but if the Royals play then like they did tonight it'll be hard to stop them. Pig Williams had 24 and Garrison/Sweeney each had 20. The 9 guy rotation makes them a completely different team.

 

Jake Ohmer may have had 35 tonight, but it was a rather quiet 35. 18 of his 35 came from the foul line and I believe he only made one or two 3's. So it was a decent job defensively for Mason Co to "contain" him.

Going by the fact that the refs were a little "whistle happy" on both sides of the ball it would be hard for anyone to lockdown someone completely, but being at the game last night I can honestly say Pig had a "great performance" defensively, when he was in the game he took Ohmer out of the game.

Easy to score 35 if you shoot 19 Free Throws. How many would Pig scored if he shot 19 FT's. Ohmer lowers his head, drives to the basketball and gets the foul called.

Not trying to sound like a prude but isn't it somewhat irresponsible to play a kid with the flu? You talk about spreading germs on the basketball. I hope every player and referee had their flu shots.
