I think many are taking my comments the wrong way. I know Scott is a very good offenseive team, and that may very well be the reason as to why the defense is looked at as lacking. They have been in some high scoring close games to start the season, and while its working for them right now one would think that eventually its going to catch up with them. Maybe my whole fence post comment was a little harsh and I applogize for that. I think Scott can be a region contender but their defense is going to have to get better before that is going to happen.

Much as I hate to say it, at this point in the season, Scott is probably the better team. If Pig gets in foul trouble trying to guard Ohmer, it could easily get away from the Royals.

Scott 84

Mason 72

Hope I'm wrong.

After watching the Holy Cross/Campbell County game last night if Scott goes into the Fieldhouse and pulls out a win I would say they were the best team in the 10th at this point in the season.

There are several worthy candidates at this point in the season. Lots of parity this season.

Mason by 4 with the strong play of pig and the home court advantage of the fieldhouse

Pig cannot get into foul trouble guarding Ohmer. Im sure Scott will send Jake to the paint to get Pig in foul trouble. From what im understanding MC has size? Needlessto say MC will be in huge trouble if Pig gets in foul trouble. I still have Scott winning by 4-6... Anyone willing to say statistically Scott is #1 in the 10th region? Since Montgomery and CC lost?

If Scott beats MC tonight I could say they are #1 in the region. If MC wins, just draw a name out of the hat.

The big news for the Royals tonight is all 4 players who have missed the first 3 games of the season are eligible for tonights game. 3 of the 4 have played small amounts of varsity ball in their careers, with one of them starting last season for a smaller school before moving here this year. They will add depth and experience to an inexperienced Royals team

What was the reasoning over these 4 players missing?

Team Rules from what I have heard, This will be the closest the Royals have been to full strength all season with Perkins being the only one out, with an illness I believe.

Biggs needs to put his players on short leash. What if these recent incidents would happen during the district tournament, surprised they weren't kicked off.

Team rules?? Is that what they call that??

Only two of them will get a lot of playing time, the transfer will probably be the 8th-9th man. Then the other is just a JV player who dresses varsity.

Had this been any other school, the players would have been dismissed.
