December 16, 201510 yr You just aren't very bright. An inanimate object does nothing unless a human picks it up and uses it. It's a people problem. You're in the running for King of the Cliches. All we get from the gun enthusiasts are worn-out cliches. The best way to reduce carnage is to limit weapon options, similar to what Australia did a few years back.
December 16, 201510 yr Klebold & Harris used these at Columbine. The Boston Marathon attackers used pressure cookers. N E X T.......................................... Number of people killed at Columbine by propane bombs: zero Number of people killed by firearms after the propane bombs failed to blow up: 13 Thanks for helping to make my case.
December 16, 201510 yr The name of the game is limiting the carnage. Ain't ever going to fix crazy. It's about the weaponry' date=' not the people.[/quote'] So we just select which guns terrorist and evil people, kill innocent people with? Just can't be the evil left wing AR?

The best way to reduce carnage is to limit weapon options, similar to what Australia did a few years back. The problem with your plan is you don't have a clue what your talking about. Where do the guns that are already registered go? What about the guns that are not registered, which essentially we don't know even have a clue of how many of them there are? What about the guns that cross the border illegally? The idea that you think taking particular guns away from FFL shops will solve the problem is absurd, to put it kindly.
December 16, 201510 yr Death rate would be lower with swords and rocks. But it's ok for some to die as long as it's politically correct?

December 16, 201510 yr Author Buy 'em up, like Australia did -- with good results. LoL. Out of everything in my post, that's what you came up with?
December 16, 201510 yr But it's ok for some to die as long as it's politically correct? What does PC have to do with this? You can kill more people with guns. A lot more with guns you easily reload
December 16, 201510 yr I guess we better take away all of the guns in the world then since you can't out run them. Personally, I've never ever even seen a gun move on its own, much less run. I'll clarify a bullet that has been expelled from a gun.
December 16, 201510 yr There are always going to be crazy/evil people...is your answer to disarm the world? My point is that it IS about the people, the weaponry is secondary to the crazy/evil thoughts and actions of people. I've stated several times on many threads the changes that I would make in current laws that I think would help or be a start, none of which bans any currently available firearm...but we can not legislate a perfectly safe society, never have been able to and never will be able to. My answer is to be accountable and quit acting like nothing is wrong. However many on here and in our nation say we need to do something about "crazies" but you or those people have answers. If so give some.
December 16, 201510 yr Author I'll clarify a bullet that has been expelled from a gun. I've never seen a bullet discharge itself from its casing on its own either.
December 16, 201510 yr I've never seen a bullet discharge itself from its casing on its own either. Me either. Bullets are generally placed inside a gun and discharged purposefully.
December 16, 201510 yr Author Me either. Bullets are generally placed inside a gun and discharged purposefully. Correct. Which would make "banning" the gun from law abiding citizens essentially pointless.
December 16, 201510 yr Correct. Which would make "banning" the gun from law abiding citizens essentially pointless. are you banning guns from law abiding citizens ?
December 16, 201510 yr Author are you banning guns from law abiding citizens ? No, I dont plan on it. It has been brought up by the anti gun crowd though.
