This game presents an unusual challenge. Instead of getting drunk on a Friday night, I have to get drunk on a Sunday afternoon. I have been strategizing and gameplanning this and am confident I can get the job done. GO BIG RED!

NewCath did take the foot off of the pedal. A ton of Mayfield players quit after the punt return. Schneider was never one to run up the score. If the opposing team stops playing, there is little you can do as the winning team. I suggest you read the game thread. You can find it on google. Mayfield fans were very upset by the effort that their players showed.

 

I was at the game.. I remember it perfectly.. I too was agitated at how we played. We didnt score till right there at the end of the game i believe ncc had their reserves in final seconds..NCC was a fav that game by a long shot if I remember correctly they were ranked quite a bit higher than us.. not that big of deal tex-mex.. like I said I hope we return the favor!

Alrighty folks, here's my prediction..heading into the game Sunday I feel Mayfield is the better team..mayfield is battle tested throughout the regular season, while NCC really hasn't impressed me much..i feel NCC doesn't have the defense to stop mayfields offense and definitely mayfield has the best defense in 2a..so, my prediction is 45-14 Mayfield..

I have managed to do this for over twenty years without a single incident. I think it will be okay, but maybe you guys can have some emergency personal on hand in case a tragedy erupts. Enjoy the game, hope to see you there.

NCC's defense gets no respect.

I think the NCC defense is being drastically undervalued. Their offense has struggled to sustain drives in games this year leaving the defense on the field a majority of the time. The run defense is very good between the tackles and they pursue very well from the linebacker spot.

 

The lone Danville score came from a short field on a muffed punt. The first Danville drive was a good drive but the drive in the waning moments of the game was against a very soft prevent defense that yielded significant "underneath" passing yards. Other than that, Danville struggled to drive the ball, and they are fast!

 

If the Breds can manage to move the ball and not play from bad field position all game long, I don't see Mayfield scoring anywhere near 41 points. However, I'm not sure how NCC's offense will fare against the Cardinals defense.

I hope it all works out for you. Personally, I think your worry is misplaced, as the whole thing has been a running joke, of which you are not a part of, and additionally you are making up problems that don't exist. "Impact of my behavior?" I can be pleasantly drunk with no behavior and no impact on "teenagers and other fans."

You can worry about this all you want, some people live to be miserable and judge others and spout off about things they are ignorant of. So, knock yourself out with it.

 

I hope your kids can survive the ordeal of being in a big stadium watching a football game where a few of the people might have had something to drink.

 

Finally, wasn't that your team and fanbase that had the discussion about embarrassing amounts of vulgarities yelled during the Danville game. If you want something to worry about, why not worry about you and yours first.

 

I can assure you if I get out of hand, someone from Mayfield will set me straight. Though you sound like a thoroughly unpleasant person, you are welcome to come hang out with me and my friends at the game and you can judge for yourself. You can stop Living Vicariously and actually live a little for yourself.

First time Mayfield played Hazard and Williamsburg the game was basically over before it started. Second time around it was a different game all together. I'm concerned , as a Mayfield fan, that with NCC being here multiple times that there won't be a WOW factor for Mayfield to lean on. I expect this to be close going into the 4TH. 24 TO 14 Mayfield.

Be careful what you say some Desales parent might take it to heart that your belittling their kids...
