Is anyone not giving Lafayette a chance to win this game?!? I mean they are here for a reason.

 

The closest team to Male that Lafayette has seen was Trinity, and they got absolutely smoked. I'm sure Lafayette has improved since then, but not enough to make this competitive.

I don't think Male will score 70. Trinity starters scored 63 points. The JVs only scored 1 touchdown. Male has pulled the starters much sooner all year. Last night Male pulled their most of their starters at half.

Yes Lousiville 6-A is the SEC

LExington & NKY are the BIG10 BIG12.

What is a team to do when they are put on the home side of an away game? They were being heckled all night so when the table turns ppl make out Lafayette to be a classless team.

 

Don't put a visiting team on home side of a game and stuff like this won't happen. Whoever decided this was looking for trouble, better yet thought it would give SK an advantage! But guess it didn't work out the way they planned.

This is not a softball tournament where the run rule is waived for the championship game. Male's defense and kicking game will create havoc and their offense is humming along making 70 points a very obtainable score for the Bulldogs.

Sorry to hurt your feeling Lex......in no way can Lafayette be within 2 td's.....sorry but this is the all time lock of the year in any football game in any division at any level. Male in a running clock i agree.....sorry but the truth is just that.

I love the optimism, and Lafayette has improved, but 70 points to T, a comparable team to Male is hard to look past. Male is loaded at the skilled postion and that's not good against a team like Lafayette who has a porous D. Male has the best D in the state, and who had the 2nd best, T. Also history tells us that schools outside of Louisville have not faired well against talented Louisville teams, and this Male team is ranked 12th nationally. Your chances, not good.

Honest question here since I have not seen Male or Lafayette this season. What makes the 2015 Male so much different from the 2013 Male who got beat by two touchdowns by Scott County after winning the Louisville region? I have not seen Male this year but their offensive play calling used to be completely different from Trinity.
