A lot of the 3 vs. 2. In fact, I would think that while seeding might say otherwise, a lot of the 3s are actually "favored."

Dixie(3) will beat Montgomery County (2).

 

Grant County will give Madison Southern all they want, but I'm hesitant to call the upset.

Neither are underdogs or lower seeded.

Raceland would probably be the one that I would pick as having the best chance of winning their game.

Rockcastle County as a three-seed over the two-seed East Jessamine.

Based on whom they have beaten, whom they hung with for a half or more and emotional, momentum building wins last Friday night, I'll pick both Raceland and KCD in 1a to "upset" the higher seed this week.

#3 Allen County over #2 Calloway County. Winner gets South Warren.

I honestly think Warren Central could give Hopkinsville fits as a 4-1 upset then again Hopkinsvile could blow Central out. Warren Central has talent and speed to compete with them or anyone. Just depends on which Warren Central team decides to show up.

I had the same thought but Central has struggled greatly offensively in later games. Defending Hoptown is tiring. They are all over the field and don't take long between snaps. Central lacks depth and that will be critical.

The Dragons defense was gassed in the 4th quarter against FS and FS isn't exactly a hurry up offense.

I agree with you on depth. But what I think about is they played within 4 points of John Hardin, they shut Allen County Scottsville out 22-0, played within 5 points of Franklin Simpson and lost Friday to Greenwood 14-6. In addition they played both Bowing Green and South Warren closer than score appeared and seemed like they gave up when they fell behind by 2 or 3 scores. They have kind of been a Jeckel and Hyde team all year not knowing which team will show up. If they put a full game together I feel they can give Hopkinsville all they want if not then it could be another long night and my thoughts would then be moot.
