IMO if Biden does indeed decide to enter the race, it's game over for both Hillary and any GOP candidate. Hillary has been thoroughly unimpressive according to the the Dems that I have talked to and I, as a Republican, have been thoroughly unimpressed with everyone in the GOP race and I don't see anyone in the party as having enough personality to be able to be president (Obviously Trump has the personality the size of Manhattan, I just don't consider him a viable candidate). What does Biden bring to the table? I like-ability factor that honestly probably hasn't been seen since Jimmy Carter (which is exactly the type of President I think Biden would be; useless). I think he would have to play catch-up to Hillary, but if he enters the race soon he would have plenty of time to catch up to her. If he wins the ticket, a GOP candidate would get have a hard time beating him in a debate and I think he wins in a Reagan-esque landslide. Safe to say that I really hope that he does not enter the race.

Actually he is the only Democrat that mainstream Republicans will work with. As well he will work with them.

I'm not saying I think the world would end if Biden would became President. It wouldn't bother me all that much because I sort of like the guy. I wish he would have been President the last 8 years. But I would just rather see someone in the white house who would attempt to tackle some of the issues of importance. Number one: repeal Obamacare.

"The things they do on hard wood " ahhhhhh Crazy Uncle Joe

He won't do that and you know it. I can't support anyone that will.

He wouldn't even consider repealing it. Not a chance. But I would prefer someone who would because it has had the opposite effect. Insurance rates have gone up for the people who had healthcare before. Let the private sector deal with it (with certain restrictions of course) and let good old fashioned competition drive insurance rates down. Biden wouldn't agree with anything I just said, but I would settle for him if its between him and Hillary. If Hillary's last name wasn't Clinton, she would be viewed by the media as an absolute joke.

HRC wins the primary regardless of who enters barring any bombshell stories.

I think that Biden would have a better chance at winning the general election than Clinton. I'm not exactly sure why, but I believe that the GOP, as out of touch as they appear to be, will be able to defeat Hillary.

I really feel like Rubio will beat Clinton in the general election. If it's Rubio vs. Biden I think it's a complete toss-up. No other GOP candidate has a snowball's chance in hell vs. either of them IMO.

Not to threadjack, but the Rs are obviously thinking that Rubio has a good chance to be the eventual nominee. He's being called on the carpet for missing so many votes on the Senate floor while campaigning by several of his R opponents.

He would be a no-show for the debates...

On this date the following person was leading for their party:

2004 General Clark +5

2008 HRC + 25

2008 Rudy +9

2012 Herman Cain +1

It's still early.

I'm with you.

I agree that Biden is the better General Election candidate for the Dems, but I can't say that it's definite that the GOP will beat Hillary.

With the Canada election, can't even move up there now. Looks like I'm heading off to Belize.

The Dem insiders have been worried most about Rubio since the summer. They have good cause to be if he can get past his own party.
