I agree that Rubio is, at the moment, by far the most likely candidate for the GOP and I absolutely believe that is the right move for the party. But I think this election comes down to who wins the true "moderate" vote? If the Dems are smart, which is like asking a horse to be a cow, they will choose Biden. I certainly think that Hillary has enough dirt on her that the GOP candidate can expose and win the moderate vote. IMO Biden's only dirt is that he has been aligned with the clown that has been in office the last 8 years.

HRC wins the primary regardless of who enters barring any bombshell stories.

 

 

By God, I hope you are right. Biden being in the general election scares the hell out of me. While I believe he acted like a total jerk in the VP debate with Ryan in 2012, I believe he helped turn a lot of voters because of his charisma.

I don't see him as being anything close to a game over, the GOP has 3 strong candidates, and while plenty of moderates and lefties hate Trump, his ability to speak his mind, and control a room makes a lot of people love him. When you add the fact that he is an extremely successful business man I just can't agree with your game over speech at all.

VP Biden is on TV now. He won't be running. I really respect Joe Biden, and I really respect his ability to recognize where he is personally and what it would require for him to run for POTUS.

Thankfully Biden just decided not to run. But while you and I saw him as arrogant and condescending, I believe we are in the minority. Acting like he acted, is how you win elections now-a-days I'm afraid. But I will have to respectfully disagree with you on 3 strong candidates. I believe we have 1: Rubio. I will vote libertarian before I ever vote to vote for the biggest RINO, bully, and all around horrible candidate that is Donald Trump. Carson I believe would be a fantastic running mate, but I believe lacks the experience needed to win an election like this.
