Wide Recievers to watch out for in '06

Is there another kid like him coming up in the Shamrock program?

The Dutton twins run VERY crisp routes, and with Cov, they will only get better.

Back to Tay, I have NEVER, NEVER seen a guy in high school run as good a route as he did. You key was that he ran his routes with varying speeds, it is so diceptive to cover someone when they are varying ther speed, and then BOOM, they are by you.

The most impressed that I have ever been with Orndorff was against MBA his junior year when he flat smoked their Cover-2 in style.

Orndorff has said he will play at UofL as a preferred walk-on and Switzer will be a preferred walk-on at UK. I also heard McBroom is playing running back and Georgetown.

McBroom was on the team last year for sure, I saw them play at Campbellsvillelast season. Watched him in warmups but never saw him hit the field. Cannot imagine him not being on the field as a slot or deep man on kickoffs and punts.

An extremely true statement. Not putting him on the field somewhere is simply a mistake.

At some point, I see Orndorff making alot of noise. Thought he had a little bit of a problem with catching, but speed and routes were crisp.

John Cole From Somerset. One of the top recievers in class A last year as a sophmore, will be fun to watch this year with ross deaton throwing him the ball

Kurt Bovard and Peter Sutton of Covington Catholic should have good years. Both are getting looks from Division 1 schools.

the kid is young and raw, but he can be trouble for anyone because he goes up high for the ball with both hands and has good ball skills. He is a 6'5 210 soon to be sophmoore. Leonard Macon at Danville is a D1 prospect in the near future. The kid will be a 6'8 240 pound TE in about 3 years fellas.

Remember the names Mathew Dobbs & Phillip Dunn...Clay County.

What about the Miller name? Boyle Co.? Mason Co.?

Darius Miller from Mason County. He should be one of the better WR's in KY this season.

Who will be throwing him the ball?

Ballard has a big timer in Jonathan Gholson...A basketball player who has seen the light...this kid can flat out run and catch...at 6'2" he will pose a problem for defensive backs.

Sophomore #34 Da'lin Farr of M'boro has all the tools (great hands and speed) to be one of the best WR's not only In EKY but the whole State.

I like the kid from Middlesboro #7. I watched him in the Prestonburg and Belfry

game. He plays WR also has great hands and speed not sure of the name.

Drew McDavid (if he plays that position) from Ashland would be one of the best in the state along with Luke Bonner.

Even if McDavid is at QB the T-Cats still have some good ones with Bonner and Kevin Burns.

I look for both Austin Hill and Rashaad Palmer to be big playmakers out at the WR position this year. AUstin is big (6'3, 200 lbs) and should be able to out jump many of the corners in nky and Rashaad is just a playmaker all around. With Jefferson having a year of experience under his belt, i look for both of these guys to have big numbers this year.

Two of the top dawgs this year for Holmes at the WR spot for sure.
